At Flanagan Farm, the restored farmhouse includes four bedrooms and three–and–a–half baths, comfortably hosting up to 10 guests. A private couples’ cottage, tucked just behind the main house, accommodates two additional guests and offers a quiet retreat within the estate.

At Walnut Hill, the spacious farmhouse includes five bedrooms and three baths. The property also offers a private outdoor patio and dedicated entertaining area — complete with a pickleball court — ideal for relaxed gatherings throughout the weekend.

Yes. We require couples to engage an experienced wedding planner who is not a member of the wedding party or immediate family.

The level of planning support may vary depending on the size, scope, and complexity of your celebration. At Flanagan Farm, events conclude at 10:30 p.m., with guest departure by 11:00 p.m. An optional one–hour extension is available for an additional fee, allowing celebrations to continue until 11:30 p.m., with departure by midnight. With this extension, Flanagan Farm offers one of the latest sound ordinances among comparable venues in Southern Maine — creating rare flexibility for an on–site after–party.

At Walnut Hill, events conclude at 10:30 p.m., with guest departure by 11:00 p.m. These times are not extendable. Many couples choose to continue the evening in Portland, just 25 minutes away, where an array of acclaimed bars and restaurants provide a natural next setting for an after–party.
