Just outside Portland, Flanagan Farm offers a setting for beautifully hosted gatherings of all kinds—from private celebrations to corporate retreats and multi-day events. The scale and flexible design of the property makes it equally well suited to intimate dinners, milestone occasions, and larger tented experiences.

With a combination of thoughtfully restored barns, expansive grounds, and modern amenities—including a commercial kitchen and multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces—events can be tailored to a wide range of formats, guest counts, and styles.

Clients work alongside their chosen planners, caterers, and creative partners to shape each event with intention, resulting in gatherings that feel seamless, highly personalized, and distinctly memorable.

THE BARN

Recommended for up to 140 guests for seated dining or up to 200 guests for a cocktail hour style reception. Single day rental includes 12 hours of site access with events concluding no later than 11pm. Multi-day rentals are also available.

THE FARMHOUSE

Best suited for smaller gatherings such as a brunch reception or intimate dinner for between 10–20 guests. Single day rental includes 12 hours of site access. Overnight stays for 10-12 guests can also be arranged.

Farmhouse Features:

  • 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, suitable for up to 10 overnight guests

  • Dining room with grand farm table and seating for 14 guests

  • Farmhouse kitchen features a large soapstone island, two ovens, two farm sinks, two dishwashers, and a breakfast bar for seamless entertaining

  • Bright, comfortable dressing area, perfect for beauty needs or event prep

  • Can be accessed directly from the barn for flexible entertaining or a private moment during a larger-scale event
